By launching this online booking site, Grisel Voyages, a group of travel agencies belonging to Groupe Lacroix, has taken a further step in webmarketing.

A secure booking system

Once the holiday, outing or show has been selected you can pre-book or book your trip online.

• In the case of a pre-booking for which the order has been confirmed, the client receives delivery advice via an email summarising the trip details. Upon receipt of the order, an adviser contacts the client to finalise their reservation.
• In the case of a booking, the client makes a priority booking and secure payment via the Ogone payment platform. The card is only charged after confirmation of the booking.
