On Monday 26 June 2017, Groupe Lacroix, already a shareholder of the Debras Voyages company since 2012, acquired the whole coach transport company based in Montainville, in the heart of the French département of Yvelines.

Debras Voyages is a family company which was founded in 1968, by Mr and Mrs Marcel DEBRAS in the Yveline départements. It owns a fleet a dozen of touring coaches and offers a range of services from the tour package and hiring coaches with drivers through to school buses and outings.

 

With the Debras Voyages company, Groupe Lacroix continues its growth thereby establishing itself as a major player in the transport of passengers in Ile-de-France. 

Groupe Lacroix now has 21 subsidiaries and participations in the following 7 départements: Val d’Oise, Yvelines, Oise, Eure and Seine-Maritime, i.e. over 650 buses and coaches, and 1300 staff members.
